Shang-Chi's best chi feat is above Iron Fists best though, and Elektra's while different (mostly telepathy / psychic / manifestations of chi) are equally impressive. Iron Fist has the high end power out put feats, Shang-Chi has the better durability / defensive feats, and Elektra as the better mental abilities.

Mostly because she can do stuff like beat Thor with pressure point strikes, do massive damage to inanimate objects, and other karate-kid esque feats, and I don't think her precog is precise enough to account for them.

Taskmaster's not worthy?
Looking at the others in that tier, he beat The Cat in 3 panels, toyed with Daredevil, has had the advantage over Cap in their fights, has beaten Elektra with his eyes closed (Admittedly, she beat him later)...
And both Cap and arguably Elektra have feats that put them at peak human minimum, so Tasky's done all that whilst being physically inferior to them.

He beat Elektra by screwing with her head and using Daredevil's fighting style. It's not like he outclassed her in skill. Next time he tried to fight her, as you mentioned, she beat him in three panels while simultaneously fighting multiple others.

I'm not saying he does outclass her, but the fact he was able to beat her as well as the other showings I mentioned clearly shows he's worthy to be in the top tier.
Hell, it states in the scan that it 'Threw her off for a second', needing only one mistake to be able to have Elektra at his mercy shows how deadly Tasky his MA wise.

Task has some nice feats - dudes 2-0 against Iron Man - but he has also been completely wreaked by Captain America, Elektra, Deadpool, even Moon Knight beat him. I don't think he is top tier material.
Well if Taskmaster moves down that will leave a couple of open slots for the Marvel top tier.
Additionally, the list is actually nearing the point where the top tier was going to expand by two slots - if we could decide on placement for 5 or so more characters. But if people would rather keep the top tier more exclusive i.e. more creme de la creme, then it could remain as is even after the placement of those characters.
