Additionally, the list is actually nearing the point where the top tier was going to expand by two slots - if we could decide on placement for 5 or so more characters. Pure skills
Skill based powers
Portrayal in comics/peer respect/feats
group consensus

That about right?

Meh, it's more about people adding a dozen proposals at a time, rather than single suggestions. And it's partially my fault in waiting for at least a two and preferably a three vote majority before enacting a change, but I think it ensures a stronger consensus on each move.

Mr. X's fighting is so powers-based, how does one rate him?

I'd put Black Panther up in a Marvel slot.

No way X is top tier. Especially looking at his recent outtings. Owned by Iron Fist, owned by Cho, and wtf pwned by Quicksilver. He also seems a little too dependent on his powers.

I nominate Psylocke to top tier and Drax to second tier. Any takers?

Every fight with Cap Taskmaster has had the advantage (and 2 out of 3 of their fights Taskmaster was fighting Cap and another opponent)

And Moon Knight got completely destroyed by Taskmaster, and only won when he flew a freaking plane into him. Hardly representant of h2h skills.

The fact that Taskmaster has toyed with Daredevil and completely owned The Cat (who are both in top tier themselves) should show that he's clearly good enough to rate as a Marvel top tier.

I wouldn't hold Quicksilver against him, noone on this list is beating a man who can run across the world in 20 seconds.

Ummm...context? Moon Knight could barely even walk then, was addicted to pain killers, wasn't even Moon Knight anymore and Taskmaster suprized attacked him. Though yes the plane thing isn't a showing for hth skills.

I also don't think Taskmaster got wrecked by Cap either.....

In Seige he was taking on both Captain Americas at the same time.

Do you mean the fight when Cap didn't have his shield? I wouldn't say it suggested anything of the sort, as Tasky was wrecking Cap as he had his equipment and Cap didn't, but it wasn't like Cap was doing much to Tasky.

Maybe if Cap had given him an insanely good fight then maybe I could see your point, but Taskmaster was about to kill Cap before he pulled out some obscure tech to win.

Yeah. Bruv Tasky had explosive arrows, a sword and a shield. Cap did really well considering he didn't have any weapons. It suggests he would have the advantage in pure h2h ( no weapons).

I just re-read the fight, and you're right, Cap did do very well all things considered.

Imo I still wouldn't give Cap an advantage in pure h2h, but I can see where you're coming from.

cho simply confused X, not sure how thta makes him any less skilled.

and quicksilver was simply to fast stating"I am the fastest man alive" again I dont see how that takes away from X skill.
