Actually I like what I saw in those scans. Nice find PR! They showed enough skill that proves he deserves to remain high in the 4th tier. That's no insult to the man. There are some damn good fighters in the 4th tier.

I honestly don't see what's wrong with Superman being in the 4th tier. Look at the names. Are you telling me he's better then those people? If he and say, Rorschach fought without powers, you think he'd take him? Seriously?

What you're selling me that he belongs in the same tier as;

Ares (Marvel), Bane, Black Cat, Black Knight (Dane Whitman), Blue Beetle (Ted Kord), Caiera, Colleen Wing, Drax, Duke (GI Joe), Gambit, Green Arrow (Oliver Queen), Grendel (Hunter Rose), Heavy Duty (GI Joe), Hercules, Huntress, Katana, KGBeast, Kingpin, Matsu'o Tsurayaba, Midnighter, Mister Terrific, Mockingbird, Moon Knight, Mystique, Namor, Night Thrasher, Nightcrawler, Omega Red, Psylocke, Punisher, Revanche, Robin (Damian Wayne), Sabretooth, Sage, Shadowcat, Shatterstar, Shrike IV (Boone), Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew), Typhoid Mary, US Agent, V, Viper (Madame Hydra), Wild Child etc.

Some of these people can be argued to be second or, in a few cases, top tier. Sorry I'm not buying.

^ Bane really should be in Second. Also I don't know if Damian Wayne really has any feats that put him above or even at the level of Superman. He's trained with Batman sure but then so has Superman.

I erased fighters that I didn't know much about. I thought I erased him as well. Too bad we can't edit after 15 min.

so because someone else is misplaced, he should be punished for it? i know it isn't you personally, but this attitude of "well so and so is in said tier, so they can't be moved" is the WRONG way to go about it. we should look at individual cases rather than lumping them in with other people, imo.

If that's the case, then we would have a list from 1- to however many people we include, rather then tiers indicating where a person is respective to other MA's, wouldn't we?

Or I am misunderstanding that comment?

If anything I think only the most deserving from a tier should be at vote to move first then thoses less derserving in my opinion. though not to say superman is not derserving.

The biggest problem is that there are people in third tier who should by all rights be in fourth.

What the **** are Bill, Namor, Aquaman, Loki, Thor, Black Bolt, Doom, Hercules and Ares doing with the likes of Terrific, Green Arrow, Sabretooth and Shatterstar?

I won't vote Superman UP, but I'd sure as hell be all for moving a large chunk of that list DOWN.

Prodigy should be top tier, for I'd like to nominate him for 2nd tier.

he's combined the martial arts of all the x-men he's come in contact with (including wolverine and kitty pryde)

I more or less agree with these. (Shatterstar suckz though)

At least we should bring the feats that make them Third tier (I think depowered Thor hanged with Cap?).

Personality wise, yes.

He takes those guys to the cleaners however.

I think this again is due to the tagline things beside each tier.

They're only vaguely and mildly indicative of the tier. The tiers are defined by the people within them.

Simply being a reasonably skilled martial artist should not warrant a move to third tier if the bulk of the third tier are more skilled. If there are people that you don't think deserve to be in the third tier then nominate them down.
