John McClane vs Bane

Not if the omnipotent "McClane Factor" has anything to say about it, according to some people.....

Once smashed off or shot (unless the basic equipment gimp holds) it'll all be academic. Theres tonnes of stuff that Batman wasn't allowed to do that McClane would be able to do. From nut shots to throat punchings... McClane beats this despite the gimptrolls objections.

I do like that at least the McHaters admit in a roundabout fashion that McClane has to be denied his standard gear (gun) while Bane is allowed his (mask), in order for McClane to have a chance of losing.

Actually Bane punches him in the face over and over again and he beats him down.

Bane was largely immune to pain (Due to the mask), so nut shots and throat punches wouldn't work.

Being punched in the face is a completely different pain than being hit in the testicles (you'd know if you had a pair) and the throat shot has less to do with inflicting pain as it does making one choke-up/out.

If McClane's gimped to just using his fist and fighting a standard brawl, it's obvious Bane has a slight advantage.

But that's the point people are making, McClane first need to be gimped of his standard gear and then gimped of his supreme ability of using objects in the environment to his advantage.

When characters need to be gimped in order for the opponent to have a chance, that should tell you something. Remove your McHate goggles; you'll see.
