Vitiate vs ROTS Sidious
Sidious's feats (at this point):
-Defeated Yoda
-Defeated Mace Windu
-Assassinated Darth Plagues
-Simultaneously defeated Maul and Savage Opress
-Masked his dark nature from the Jedi Council for years
Vitiate's feats:
-Ripped the Force from Nathemia (Through ritual)
-Dominated the minds of 100's of Sith Lords
-Defeated Revan with some difficulties
-Stalemated the Hero of Tython
-Achieved immortality

It can be argued that Sidious’s lightning is also more powerful, for it disintegrates beings, and knocked the most powerful Jedi up to PT unconscious.
In contrast, Vitiate’s lightning gave Revan some trouble, and that is because he was retarded enough to try to block it bare-handed..

Regardless, Vitiate will not be mentally dominating Sidious, a Sith Lord whose will is strong enough to challenge and win against the Force itself.
Two more things to consider:
First, all of the aforementioned Force-powers Vitiate demonstrated were displayed on a world strong with a Dark-Side—Dromund Kass is a Dark Side nexus, therefore anywhere else Vitiate will be less impressive.
Second, in a combat situation Vitiate demonstrated startling lack of mobility/speed. On the other hand, Sidious seems to be virtually peerless when it comes to combat speed.
Thus, Sidious holds an advantage and he wins this duel.

These were not just "celebrated swordsmen," or "4 of the best Jedi." They have actual and impressive force feats.
They have individually dominated Council Members with their TK. They've moved Jedi Crafts with ease. And they've put down several Destroyer Droids with one blast.

Overpowering 4 Jedi, two who are featless does not ~ Sidious' feats.
