I can't say a whole lot. I only played the first game and the third, as I wasn't a huge fan. I haven't really liked anything Naughty Dog has done since Crash Team Racing, come to think of it, haha. The Last of Us is only the most recent in a long line of disappointment for me.
But based on a variety of abilities with the Dark and Light Eco, I'd easily go for a High Street / Low Meta vote. But if we figure in the weapons like the nuke and consider how the other tech and weapons figure into his universe, I'd support as high as Mid Meta.

Didn't know him back then, but probably. He at least had the sense not to "hate" Zelda just to spite fans.
Plus, from what I can tell, Russell's just kinda lame as ass. I wouldn't back him in a confrontation against... well... virtually anyone.

Russell, Voldemort, Khan, Van Zan etc. would all get solo spite-stomped by Thanos in less than the blink of an eye.
