Spoiler:
Again, there is nothing wrong with her being a Skywalker. There were multiple instances in the movie that can be used as evidence as to why she is most likely Luke's daughter (ie. Luke left her in Jakku when she was young to protect her [I think she forgot Luke as her dad because she was too young back then. She looked like she was only 4-6 years old in her memory flashback], The Force literally calling to her through Luke's lightsaber, her mechanical skills reminiscent to Luke's, her quick adaption of Force powers, etc.) I don't see why most of you are making a fuss over her win against Kylo. Kylo was gravely injured by Chewy's crossbow thing, and he just killed his father. Another thing is he initially didn't want to kill Rey because he wanted to train her to the Dark Side. It was not after Rey managed to channel the power of the Force within her that she was able to overpower him. It was a sudden surge-of-the-moment thing that caught Kylo off-guard.Tbh, her being Luke's daughter would be the most logical reason.
Gotta agree that Rey being a skywalker would somewhat lessen her Mary Sueness, but IMO it would be much cooler and would breath fresh air into the sage/new trilogy if she just so happens to be a random powerful force user. Might even give her similarities to Anakin. She doesn't need to have their blood IMHO.
As to why she knows so much about the Force powers: Isn't it possible she read about that info somewhere, or someone told her? She knows about Jedis (Finn and her thought they were myths or fairytales until Han Solo told them it was all true), so she probably knows about the Force as well, and how to use it.

Yes but there was only so far they could take that without at least "guidance".Anakin had never actually finished a pod race before he received guidance from Qui-Gon.
all he did was tell and/or demonstrate to luke that these tricks could be done. that's really the extent of obiwan's 'training' of luke: getting him to believe in the force and in his own abilities. rey didnt seem to have any problem believing in both, nor any reservations about exploring it. luke was a stubborn self-doubting ass and needed ben to prod him into action.

Luke was getting shot by that probe until his full lesson from Obi-Wan.
all ben did was tell him that he could use the force to do stuff. luke gets shot. ben and han argue about the notion of luck, ben puts a blast shielded helmet on his head, and tells him to operate on instinct. luke blocks 3 times. that's not a lesson. it's brief and vague advise.

Neither of them were using Telekinesis or doing Mind Tricks in TPM or ANH.
we never saw luke attempt it until ESB. we never see him learn or even witness TK until the hoth snowbeast scene. point being that there's no proof that luke did not intuit telekinesis in that cave, with no instruction. unless ben instructed him further as a ghost [beyond talking to him in the death star run and only telling him once again to believe in the force and in himself.]

It'd be awesome if they reveal in Episode 8/9 that she is the daughter of Luke and Mara Jade. It would explain why she's so adept with the lightsaber. Both of her parents are Jedi.
