I'm pretty sure it was more as a trophy and to humiliate her. And just because a Hutt isn't sexually attracted to humanoids doesn't mean he wouldn't have pretty dancers or slaves for aesthetic/status reasons.
I'd be amazed if Jabba didn't rape his slave-girls, tbh. Maybe it's just me.
Or is there something that I missed that says Hutts don't like humanoids?

Glad to know our old heroes being pathetic remains true in the novels.
Also hot damn does Snoke work fast.

I'd be amazed if Jabba was physically capable of doing that tbh. He's a giant slug.
They're so physically different I also doubt he'd be inclined anyway.

I was always under the impression that it wouldn't have been completely out of the question, considering how Star Wars has never really been wrapped up in the finer details of its aliens on screen.
Even if you are right, why keep slave girls around, then? I mean, there were others before Leia.

And at 211 pages, we're finally discussing Jabba's genitals.Well done guys.
Well done.
Would you rather argue about whether Kylo Ren is cool or not?

So with the holiday season approaching its close will there be any drop off in profits that might get in the way of its safari on Avatar's BO record. It just beat Titanic domestically although I wonder if those numbers are adjusted to inflation.
Depends. If enough people enjoyed the movie, and generally they have, then they won't mind seeing it again. On the flipside, still two hours of your time that you could spend doing something else and unlike in ANH's era, home releases happen much much faster.

Nah because the films not that long and they'll keep it in theatres as long as people are paying to watch it.
Also there's no real competition for a while. That's the advantage of a big blockbuster opening at this time of year.

I've been watching that and video's like it for a while. I disagree with most of what they say but it's interesting.

S'funny all the media reports saying every session was already booked out weeks in advance even before it premiered.
I saw it 4 days after it premiered & the cinema was only half full.

So now TFA has an unfair advantage because it opened in the winter. Ooooooookaaaaaaay.

That's not what I said at all.. Whose baiting now?
For a guy whose spent the last 15 years cursing the Prequels and the Special Editions and just Lucas in general, you sure are quite sensitive towards attacks (if you can even call my last comment that) towards this film.
