Darth Thor is doing his attack everyone who disagrees with him thing. He's in pain despite claiming to be a Star Wars fan and now the purchase being a huge success so you'd think he'd celebrate the positivity. Instead he's saying this movie sucks and it is only making money because of the time it came out and Disney advertised. Wtf. I always said he wasn't a true Star Wars fan. I hope I've opened the rest of your eyes.

If the movie is bad but a financial success then Disney will continue to make bad Star Wars movies.

It's not like a sleeper hit that makes no money at all the first week, but when the word comes people start seeing it like crazy.

Firstly I've not once said this movie sucks. I've just said I was disappointed in it, and given my criticisms.
2nd Many film franchises have a big media company like Disney or WB behind them, so that point is only to say the comparison to Lucas's SW financial success is not a fair one. Not that that's THE ONLY Reason this is making money Lol
3rd Of course I'm happy SW is the biggest franchise again. When did I say otherwise? Some Trolls are getting confused between the parallels I was making to the Prequels and my overall thoughts on the franchise.
I would just be happier if I enjoyed this particular movie more that's all.

Kasdan will be helping Johnson as well, however it won't be shocking if Abrams is somehow involved ....
that being said I have enjoyed the resurgence that Abrams has brought.. I loved this film and will be seeing it a few more times . Clearly glad that he mixed the old with the new.

Isn't that the case for all blockbusters though? People who watched this movie didn't know if they were going to like it or not until after they'd paid.

Most fans are able to critique things they like, fanboy was invented for those who couldn't.
I critiqued it just fine. I didn't say it was amazing because to me it wasn't. But to me bad mouthing Star Wars success isn't the right thing to do. I didn't care for phantom menace or aotc but rots is still my favorite so you see where I am going.
