Canon Luke vs Canon Palpatine

I can see Quanchi now getting this idea: "Ashoka lost cos Vader was at a dark side nexus."

Can't believe he actually argued that Vader wasn't a superior duelist.

Wasn't Luke at dark side nexus?

@ Ares: excellent point. Plus Luke wasn’t only communing with Force sensitives, he was visibly there for everyone to see and hear, including droids.

I think the closest we’ve seen before was a very short range and momentarily version done by Obi-Wan on Utapah in ROTS.

So Maul was also amped when he fought Ahsoka and Kanan right?

It’s funny how you’ve never mentioned or been interested in Nexus’s before. And now you’re quick to assume there’s one amping Luke.

Entirely different circumstances. Luke was on the same particular place meditating that was a light force nexus. It wasn't the entire planet it was just the hole as force dark side nexus. We see two specific points in the film to clearly contrast each other as nexuses. I understand Star Wars and have everything spot on. Yoda agreed failure is the greatest teacher. I've said he was the epitome of failure. You fanboys always tried to argue against my superior wisdom.

Every character in this new trilogy is superior to the older Ot. Disney goes bigger and badder.

Very close with a slight edge to Vader. He didn't defeat her. He was also more powerful and better than Kenobi but he didn't win in Rots. Results matter not just ability.
