The idea that high Class 100's have the ability to literally cause earthquakes by stomping their feet make it unlikely for guys like Captain America to win against them. I mean, what stops them from popping him up into the air and leaping after him while airborne? The Surfer has the strength to easily juggle Captain America placing him in vulnerable exploitable positions.

And in regards to my own personal opinion of their speed feats, neither Cap nor Bat's stack up to stuff like Surfer searching the entire surface of Earth in moments, tracking an electrical impulse inside a giant supercomputer, or grabbing Shalla Ba from inside an explosive forcefield and getting her to safety before the explosion from the surrounding sphere reached her.

Especially when I'm reasonably sure that Pr already made a ruling a while back that Surfer has super speed on the forum(thought I don't think he specifically ruled about lightspeed reflexes/combat) and has already made it clear that Surfer doesn't have to be off his board for his speed and reflex feats to count. I mean what would the point of such a thread be anyway, that by way of feats guys like Bats and Cap also have insane levels of superspeed, or that Surfer himself lacks superspeed because of the feats of guys like Cap and Bat's?
