Picture This! Takes On '7 Virgins' Drama
[Thursday, December 15th, 2005]Picture This! Entertainment has bought the U.S. rights to Alberto Rodriguez's street-kids drama 7 Virgins, says Variety.
A surprise hit this fall in Spain, '7 Virgins' follows 17-year-old Juan Jose Ballesta, winner of the actor award at the San Sebastian Festival in September. Ballesta plays a boy from a reform school who gets a 48-hour leave to attend his brother's wedding.
The movie will be released in the U.S. next year.
