Spielberg Launches AI Site

The official website for "AI: Artificial Intelligence" has been official opened by Steven Spielberg himself. New features include 'Robot Resources', The art of AI with models, sketches, storyboards, and some AI games. Steven Spielberg also opened the "AI Message Center" with the following message:

Welcome to the web site for my upcoming film "A.I. Artificial Intelligence." I think you'll find the information here quite fascinating, and I hope you'll use these message boards to talk about some of the questions presented on the site and in the film. While I don't want to give away too much of the plot, the film is about a boy named David who, while seeming real in every way, is not what he appears to be. As the movie poster says, his love is real - but he is not. This is just the beginning. There will be a great deal more added to this site in the coming months.

As we head into a future filled with smarter and smarter machines, I think that the questions posed by the potential existence of artificial intelligence and artificial life will become more and more important. I'd love to see what everyone out there thinks about it. So let's hear what you have to say!
