John Quaintance Hired For 'Aquamarine' Rewrite
[Monday, December 29th, 2003]John Quaintance has been hired to rewrite Fox's big-screen adaptation of 'Aquamarine', according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The movie follows two best friends who find a brokenhearted mermaid in the swimming pool of a deserted beach club.
The story is based on the novel by 'Practical Magic' author Alice Hoffman.
