Roger Donaldson To Direct 'Baker Street'

Roger Donaldson is set to to direct the thriller Baker Street, says Production Weekly.

The feature, which stars Jason Statham, tells how one of the biggest robberies in British history took place with no arrests ever made, nor money ever recovered. It also tells the story of a vault full of secrets, the scandals that unfurled and the lives lost in the pursuit for the truth to stay ‘hidden’.

The project is based on a script by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais. Shooting is slated to begin early next year in the United Kingdom.
