Jonathan Glazer will direct. A taut, psychological thriller set in Gotham, "Birth" tells the story of a 35-year-old woman into whose life comes an infatuated 10-year-old boy, claiming to be the reincarnation of her husband, who died 10 years earlier.
Milo Addica, who co-penned "Monster's Ball," did rewrites on "Birth."
