David Kelly Joins 'Chocolate Factory' Cast

David Kelly has signed on to play the role of Grandpa Joe in Tim Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The project is based on Roald Dahls book, in which a young boy named Charlie and his grandfather tour a candy factory owned by the eccentric Willy Wonka.

Kelly will join Johnny Depp who plays Willy Wonka and Freddie Highmore who plays Charlie.
