Edward Norton And Wood Go 'Down In The Valley'

Edward Norton and Evan Rachel Wood (Thirteen) are to topline the indie drama Down in the Valley for director David Jacobson ('Dahmer'), according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Set in the present-day San Fernando Valley, the project revolves around a delusional man who believes he's a cowboy and the relationship that he starts with a rebellious young woman (Wood).

Jacobson developed the project -- budgeted at less than $10 million -- at the Sundance Lab

Shooting on Down in the Valley starts Feb. 29 in Los Angeles.
