'Ring' Director Hideo Nakata Takes On 'The Eye'
[Tuesday, March 15th, 2005]Hideo Nakata (Ring) is to direct the thriller The Eye, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The Eye centers on a blind woman who receives a cornea transplant. However, she gets more than she bargains for when she begins seeing ghosts and premonitions.
The Eye is an adaptation of the hit Hong Kong horror franchise; a third one is in the works.
