A 15 Year Old Girl Beats WB

A 15 year old Harry Potter fan in York (England) has won a court case against Warner Bros. WB had told Claire Field to give them the domain name of her website, a tribute site to the movie 'Harry Potter', harrypotterguide.co.uk.

She refused to give them the domain and so had to goto to court, but WB backed down and dropped their claim after they agreed on that she would not make any money from the site.
