Prof. McGonagall In All Potter Movies

Maggie Smith gave an interview to USA Today, where she says, she's looking to Harry Potter to be her "sort of pension."

Smith plays Deputy Headmistress Minerva McGonagall, of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She said that the character will be in all seven of JK Rowling's books.

Smith said that she has already been involved in the filming of the second movie, 'Harry Potter And The Chamber of Secrets.'

"It was as if one had never been away. The kids are there, all a bit bigger."

"I think the film will be great fun. Ken Branagh plays this rather glamorous teacher who comes in. I love the idea that the detention the children have to do after school if they've misbehaved is to answer all his fan mail."
