Four Get Cast In 'The Hills Have Eyes' Remake
[Thursday, June 16th, 2005]Aaron Stanford, Kathleen Quinlan, Ted Levine and Vinessa Shaw are set to star in the The Hills Have Eyes for writer-director Alexandre Aja, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The project is a remake of the 1977 film written and directed by Wes Craven, the story follows a vacationing family that makes a wrong turn in the desert and is terrorized by the inhabitants they encounter.
Stanford will play Doug Wood; Shaw plays his wife, Lynne Wood; Levine plays Big Bob Carter; and Quinlan will play Ethel Carter. Also starring are Emilie de Ravin as Brenda Carter, Dan Byrd as Bobby Carter and Robert Joy as Lizard. Billy Drago and Tom Bower also have been cast.
