Babbit To Direct 'The Itty Bitty Titty Committee'

Jamie Babbit (But I'm a Cheerleader) is directing the feminist comedy feature The Itty Bitty Titty Committee, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Melonie Diaz (Raising Victor Vargas) will star, with Nicole Vicius, Carly Pope, Daniela Sea, Melanie Mayron, Jimmi Simpson, Leslie Grossman and Guinevere Turner rounding out the cast.

Based on a story by Babbit, "Committee" centers on Hannah (Diaz), who finds her purpose in life after she hooks up with a radical underground feminist group. "I don't think there are a lot of people in Hollywood that are interested in financing a movie about a feminist. But it seemed like a perfect match for Power Up," Babbit said.
