Joseph Gordon-Levitt Joins 'The Lookout' Cast

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is to star in Walt Disney's dramatic thriller The Lookout, according to Variety.The feature, written and helmed by Scott Frank, revolves around a mentally impaired former athlete who works as a janitor at a bank and gets sucked into a heist. Shooting begins next spring in Canada.
Gordon-Levitt credits include starring in the TV series '3rd Rock From the Sun'. "I had no idea he was the kid from '3rd Rock' until later, but as soon as I met him, I knew," director Scott Frank said. "I'd found someone who would make it better than it was on the page."
