New Line To Take On 'Monster-in-Law'
[Thursday, February 6th, 2003]New Line Cinema has outbid several studios by striking a seven-figure deal to acquire the Anya Kochoff comedy 'Monster-in-Law', according to Variety.
The movie, to be produced by Benderspink, is about a girl who's set to marry the perfect guy until she meets his mother, the world's worst mother-in-law.
The sale also includes a blind script deal for Kochoff at New Line, with Benderspink once again attached to produce.
