Stars Line Up For 'The New World'
[Friday, July 2nd, 2004]Christian Bale, David Thewlis, Noah Taylor and Q'orianka Kilcher have all signed up for New Line Cinema's The New World, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The project, helmed by Terrence Malick, is described as an epic adventure set amid the encounter of European and Native American cultures following the founding of the Jamestown settlement in 1607 and inspired by the legend of John Smith and Pocahontas.
They will be joining stars including Colin Farrell, Christopher Plummer, August Schellenberg and Wes Studi.
