'Romeo Must Die' Director To Guide 'Pathfinder'
[Tuesday, October 8th, 2002]Action helmer Andrzej Bartkowiak ("Romeo Must Die") has come aboard to direct Paramount Pictures' action feature "Pathfinder," reports The Hollywood Reporter.
"Pathfinder," written by George Nolfi, is a cat-and-mouse picture about a military operative known as a pathfinder who must track down a rival pathfinder and keep him from wreaking havoc.
The project has garnered interest from such high-profile talent as actors Sean Connery, Michael Douglas, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mel Gibson and Nicolas Cage and directors Christian Duguay, Jan de Bont and Martin Campbell.
A 2003 start date is being planned.
