Kristen Bell With Talley In Horror 'Pulse'

Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars) and newcomer Steve Talley will star in Pulse, according to the Hollywood Reporter.Commercial director Jim Sonzero is making his feature directorial debut on the horror film.
Producer Harvey Weinstein compared it to The Ring, and said, "We hope it will be a new franchise."
