Ralph Fiennes Plays Serial Killer

Ralph Fiennes('The End Of The Affair') is to play a serial killer in the prequel to 'Silence Of The Lambs,' reports Variety

Fiennes will meet with director Brett Ratner this week to discuss the possibility of him playing Francis Dollarhyde in 'Red Dragon.'

Emily Watson, Harvey Keitel and Philip Seymour Hoffman are also expected to join Anthony Hopkins in the film.

'Red Dragon' will be a remake of 1968 movie 'Manhunter,' based on the Tom Harris Novel, which starred Brian Cox as Hannibal Lecter.
