Sandler & Cheadle In 9/11 Drama Talks

Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle are in talks to star in Sony Pictures 9/11 drama Reign O'er Me, says Variety.The feature, helmed and written by Mike Binder, would see Sandler play a man who lost his family on Sept. 11 and has never recovered from his grief.
He runs into his former college roommate (Cheadle), who has become a doctor and who is determined to help his ex-roomie come to grips with his loss.
The studio is said to be hoping to make the project next year with a budget under $20 million.
