Original 'Rent' Cast Forming With Adam Pascal

Adam Pascal is in talks to reprise his role in the big screen version of the Tony-winning Broadway musical Rent, according to the Hollywood Reporter.Pascal would play Roger Davis, a struggling musician who is HIV-positive. The role earned him an Obie as well as Tony and Drama Desk nominations.
Tracie Thoms also has joined the cast with director Chris Columbus in talks to reunite the rest of the original Broadway cast.
