'A Taxonomy Of Barnacles' Gets Adapted For Screen
[Monday, January 23rd, 2006]Galt Niederhoffer's novel A Taxonomy of Barnacles is to be adapted for the big screen, according to Variety.
The social comedy revolves around the six Barnacle sisters who live with their eccentric, self-made father in a sprawling Fifth Avenue apartment. The father, Barry Barnacle, creates a contest whereby whichever daughter can most spectacularly carry on his name will inherit his vast fortune.
