Jimmy Fallon To Take 'Taxi' With Queen Latifah

Jimmy Fallon ("Saturday Night Live") has joined the cast of Taxi, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

He will star alongside Queen Latifah for helmer Tim Story. This Taxi is a remake of the original 1998 french-language movie of the same name.

Luc Besson, who produced the original, is producing the redo about a speedy cab driver (Latifah) who teams with an eager young cop (Fallon) to solve a series of bank robberies.

Shooting is to start in September.
