'Terminator 3' On-Screen Cookie Promotion

Arnold Schwarzenegger will promote his native land by eating Manner-Schnitten chocolate wafers, Austria's biggest-selling confectionary product, in Warner Bros. "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines" out in July. In the movie, the 55-year-old Austrian-born actor buys a package of the chocolate wafers in his roll as the killing cyborg machine and eats them on screen. A spokeswoman at Grace, the Austrian ad agency that works for the confectionery marketer Manner, said the company did not pay for the product placement. "We have had dealings with Mr. Schwarzenegger in the past," she said. "I think the fact that he is Austrian has helped and I believe we have a special relationship with him because of it."
