Jennifer Tilly & Jodelle Ferland Join 'Tideland'
[Friday, September 3rd, 2004]Jennifer Tilly and 9-year-old Jodelle Ferland have signed up to star in Terry Gilliam's upcoming feature Tideland, says the Hollywood Reporter.
The project, based on Mitch Cullin's Southern gothic novel, follows the story of a young girl who creates an extraordinary, suspenseful and surreal fantasy world to escape the pain of her father's death.
Janet McTeer and Brendan Fletcher also have joined the cast of the film, which starts shooting this month.
