Greenfield To Direct Clone Scientist Drama Comedy

Director Luke Greenfield (The Girl Next Door) is to direct and produce an untitled comedy drama for Regency Enterprises, according to Variety.

Untitled: Greenfield Drama Comedy Project storyline follows an egocentric, Nobel Prize-winning geneticist who bequeaths to his estranged son his life's work -- a 12-year-old clone of the scientist. The son must raise his father's lab-created clone.

Greenfield called it "exactly the type of movie I'm looking to direct -- a huge fantastical story, but one we can all relate to because it's all about the characters."
