Grant Morrison To Adapt Own Comic 'We3'
[Wednesday, June 8th, 2005]
We3 was a three-issue limited series written by Morrison and drawn by Frank Quitely. It revolved around three pets -- a dog, a cat and a bunny -- kidnapped from their homes by the government and hard-wired into military battle suits, turning into robo-assassins. When their government masters deem them expendable, they break out into the free world and try to find their true home, all the while reverting to their more traditional animallike behavior.
