Rapper DMX In Thriller 'Werewolf' Talks
[Wednesday, April 23rd, 2003]Rapper DMX is said to be in negotiations to star in and produce Phoenix Pictures' action-thriller Werewolf. According to Hollywood Reporter Italian director Dario Piana will be making his U.S. feature debut on the project.
Written by Marshall Todd, 'Werewolf' is described as being in the vein of 'Blade'. It will see DMX play a mysterious bluesman whose mission is to rid Earth of werewolves, the last of whom live among the rich, glamorous and drug-addicted in the Hollywood Hills.
A late-2003 start date in Montreal is currently expected.
