Warner Bros. Takes On 'Watchmen' Comic

Warner Bros. Pictures is set to take on the vigilante actioner The Watchmen from Paramount, says Variety.The feature is set in the 1950s, and launches with a seemingly ordinary man putting on superhero garb to track down criminals. He's joined by those similarly inclined until a law is passed forcing them out of crime fighting; years later, several of his crime fighting associates are mysteriously murdered.
