Warren Beatty has dropped out of Quentin Tarantino's new film 'Kill Bill', reports The Hollywood Reporter

Beatty has withdrawn from the project because he was unable to fit in with the role's expanded shooting schedule.

He said "I really want to work with Quentin, and the script is terrific, but the part has grown, and the schedule and locations for me would now take so much more time than originally planned that I'm just not going to be able to do it."

Beatty was due to play a pimp who shoots and leaves for dead a prostitute played by Uma Thurman.

Kung Fu star David Carradine is in talks to take on the part, according to reports.
